HYDRO-ELECTRIC BOA RD
The Mayor reported re meeting of local body delegates re formation oi Horowhenua Ilydro-Eleetrie Board. He said it would be necessary tor 25 per cent, of the ratepayers of the borough to sign a petition for the inclusion.of the borough in the llovowlienua Board’s' area. Mr Monk, Chairman of the Horowhenua County, had been elected temporary chairman, and Mr Goldsmith secretary. The petition would be circa-' luted at an earlv date.
