The amnial social and prize-div-ine- in connection with (fm above took plaee in the schoolroom last evening. At G o'clock the children -at down to a sumptuous tea provided by the, lady members of the Church, and to which the children did full justice. There was a “full house” subsequently id the concert and prize-diving, whetffhe following programme was submitted, .each item being well received:Piano solo, Miss Carla Lundquist; “Johnny’s Wooden Shoes," Hazel Ilaydock; “Yon are Always Good to Company,'" Keith Claris; “The Slave’s Dream,” Agnes Barton; piano duel, “Rendezvous,’-' Kathleen Hornblow and Lilian Bauckham; recitation. “O, Yon Dear Lillie Darlind,” Madue MeColl; refutation, “When the Sprind .Comes Windy," Doris 1 faydock; duet, “The Bells of St. Mary," Madge Patterson and Isabel Halliday; piano solo, '“Balmoral,’ Ida Speirs; sehavßi, Mr Osborne's orchosl ra; trio, “Wont Ton Buy My Pretty Flowers ” lua Davey, I sic*. Patterson, Lilian Bauckham; piano solo, “Sweet By-and-By,' Lilian Bauckham; duet, “Till We .Meet Adain,” Isie Patterson and Madge Patterson; recitation, Bell Pearson; “Ye Banks and Braes of Bonnie Doon,” Isabella Halliday, iccitation, Eulaty thinning-ham; selection, Mr Osborne's orchestra ; piano solo, Miss Carla Lundquist; recitation. “The Charge of the Light Brigade,” Isabel Halliday; -election. Mr Osborne's orchestra.

Mrs Halliday, superintendent of the Sunday school, thanked the inembers of the church for their kindly interest andjoresighi in providing 54 -prize book' lor distribution. She appealed to the parents io 'end their children regularly to school.

Voles of thanks were passed lo Mr Osborne's orchestra, and to all who had assisted. Supper was provided bv the ladies of the church.
