Auckland, Novcmb. 20. ■ At the Police Court, William James .Murphy, a coal trimmer on (ho Orari, avus sentenced to six months’ hard labour. During the voyage from London a hole Avas cut in the partition, between one of the coal hunkers and the hold, and fifteen cases of cargo Avere broken open, mostly containing men’s underwear.
