.JURY DISAGREE, AND NEW HEARING ORDERED.
Auckland, La si Night. The triad of Samuel -John Thorn, charged with the murder of Sidney Seymour Eyre, at, Pukekawa on August 24th, was concluded in the Supreme ’Court to-day, After a long retirement the jury intimated that there was no prospect of an agreemenl, and (he Chief Justice ordered a new trial.
