ANOTHER TRIAL ORDERED

The ease in which Thomas Henry Davidson was charged with manslaughter in that he had on September 6th caused the death of Robert Dudley Worsfold through the negligent driving of a motor car at the intersection of Terrace and I‘eallicrston Streets, was concluded at) the Palmerston Supreme Court on Thursday.

The jury returned after an absence of four hours without having reached an agreement. His Honour expressed his regret, and ordered a new trial, which will be taken at the beginning of next week.
