RESOLUTION OF LOYALTY.
Al (wo minutes before 11 o’clock; on Thursday members of the House of Representatives, at the request of the Prime Minister, stood, and remained standing in silence until 11 o’clock.
The Prime Minister then proposed (he following motion: “On this Die second annivers-
