ARRESTED IN WELLINGTON.
BOUND FOR AUSTRALIA
Albert Harold Arden, a married man, who bad secured his steamer ticket and purposed going to Australia, had his .-journey delayed by the police. Arden came down from Hawera, as did information to the police stating that he was leaving the Dominion without having made provision for the maintenance' of a child.' Detective-Sergeant Andrews got on his track, with the result that he was arrested. Yesterday he was brought before Air F. K. Hunt, S.M., at Wellington.
On. the suggestion of the detective, Arden was remanded to appear at Hawera on October 29th,'
