The trial of Samuel Thorn, charged with the murder of Sydney Eyre, was continued.

Constable Wolfendale deposed that' he and Detective M’Hugh had searched the districts to twenty miles from Eyre’s farm, and examined 1,303 horses, including 418 shod. None of the shoes were like those on the horse Mickey, which were hand-made shoes.
