WORST FLOODS FOR YEARS. LONDON, October 6. Parts of .Scotland have been devastated bv wind and rain storms the rivers Dec and Don were Hooded, the cmmtrvside for miles being inundated, [t, was the worst flood since August, IK2O. when the Moray floods, m winch the rivers Spev and liiuilioru lose in some places 50 foot, causing great hiss of property and many lives, bmpping at Aberdeen lias suffered heavy damages.
