and Virginia realises she loves him. A messenger comes i'or him to go hack to the moonshine country, for a child of one of his friends is side and (‘ailing for him. On the way his companion kills a revenue officer will) Toby’s knife. Toby is seized for murder, but the guilty man confesses. Litter ;i Judge, who is visiting the Dare’s, meets Toby, and proclaims him its his son. Virginia creeps into his arms, and both thul happiness in his regeneration.
