DAMAGES IN DIVORCE CASE.
Auckland, Yesterday. In the Supreme Court a decree nisi was granted Leslie King Beale, of Whangarci, v. Olive Muriel Beale, for adultery with Percy Western, of Whangarci. Petitioner claimed £SOO damages, and the jury found respondent and co-respondent guilty. and assessed damages_at £IOO. The jury also found that petitioner avus not guilty of misconduct, as alleged hy respondent.
