Pursuant to the provisions cou-< lained in the Local Bodies Act, 19.13, ! hereby give notice that a Poll of the Ratepayers of the Borough ot Fox ton Avill be taken on the proposal to raise a Special Loan of £30,000, for the purposes of installing a we ter supply and seAverage system, and for the erection of a fire brigade station and the purchase of fire-lighting appliances, on WEDNESDAY, the Bth day of‘September, 1920, betAveen the hours of 9 o’clock in the forenoon and 7 o’clock in the afternoon. The Roll of Ratepayers is now open for inspection during office hours, at the Toavu Clerk’s Office, Alain Street, Foxton. W. TRUEMAN, Returning Officer.
