LYRIC COSTUME COMEDY COY.
The entertainment provided at the Town Hal! last night by the Lyric Costume Comedy Company was undoubtedly the be.-t of its kind that a Foxlon audience has bad the privilege of attending. There was only a lair attendance, hut everyone present, was highly delighted uilh the programme presented, and there is no doubt that if this company pa vs a return visit to Foxton they will be received by a bumper house. Fvcrv item cm the programme- was of a'high-class character, and encores were demanded in every instance. The items hy the lyric (|iiarlcltc were beautilnlly rendered, Mr Cyan's rich bass voice blending perfectly with Messrs Hipley and Richards’ (tenors), and -McFdwain (baritone). All ot their numbers were good, but “Annie Laurie" appealed to most as the star item. All the other items on the programme were also tip-lop. Altogether it is a very tine company, and deserves it full house v> itete\ er they appear.
