TUESDAY NIGHT’S DOUBLE
ATTRACTION,
Tuesday night’s double attraction in the Town Hall, in aid of the funds of the local Beautifying Society, should attract a bumper house. The first portion of the programme will consist of vocal and instrumental items. Air Osborne’s^ orchestra will contribute two selections, and vocal items will he given by' local singers. Air Poole, whose reputation as a vocalist preceded his residence amongst us, will be among the performers. The object of the concert, is to raise funds to enable the Council to proceed immediately with the beautifying scheme at Easton Park. The Borough Band will play a few selections in front of the hall prior to the entertainment. The prices of admission are 2s and Is, aud tickets may he obtained from any of the local business places.
