Major J. B. Pretyiiiau-Nowimm, M.P., who is the chairman of Ibe Middle Class Union, recently went to ibe House of Commons-in blue overalls. Dr. Edward Anthony Spitzka, a well-known anatomist, removed the brain of Dr. Joseph Simms, physician, author and lecturer, who died at New York recently. This was in
