PROPOSALS

The Coal Mine Owners’ A-soma-tiuu has accepted Mr Masseys proposal that Mr Frazer, S.AL, act as arbitrator in the coal mines dispute.
Air Arhueklo has replied to Mr Massey that he cannot accept Air Frazer. He has no doubt o! Air Frazer's impartiality, hut wail-- for someone who understands the conditions in coal mines, and suggests Air P. Halley. Air Arhm-kle stales that he lias been instructed not to ag7-ce to any other basis of settlement than those suggested by Air Massey to the owners and rejected bv them.
