SAMSON FATALITY.
WARDEN XIAVTJi ARRESTED
CHARGED WITH MANSLAUGHTER.

Ongley' for accused, who was elmrged -Tim ( on May 20th last, ;it or near Sanson, lie did commit manslaughter by causing (be deaths of Arthur Ernest Egliaion, Alfred Edward Penny and Frank Kidman.“ Accused, who was himself severely injured in the accident, appeared in court, still showing die effects of .Ids experience. Defeetive-Sergl. tjuirke asked that accused he remanded until Friday next, when in all probability there would lie application for a furI her adjournment. Mr Ongley said he did not object to the remand, and asked that hail he allowed.
Detective Quirko: I have no objection to hail.
Accused was accordingly remanded until Friday next, at .10.30 a.in. Pmi! was allowed in accused’s own bond of £IOO, and (wo sureties of £.IOO cm eh, —Times.
