W.E.A.
The secretary of the local branch of the W.E.A. desires to acknowledge a donation of two guineas from Mr E. Xewman, M.P.. towards the local funds. A communication has been received from Mr Leigh Hunt, staling that he rvill include Foxton in his provincial lecture tour ou townplanning. It is hoped that this lecture will be an inspiration to the recently-fonned Beautifying Society. The secretary -also .informs us that lectures will probably be given bv Professors Hunter mid Marsden.
