temper !he winds so that you nmy return lo your dear ones in salety. ,1( is (lie earnest hope ot your loyal [Maori people (lint in (he years to eoine you may again visit Aolenron. Talon, Talon. Tlaera ra." Following is the reply from Lieut.■Colonel Grigg. Secretary to (lie .Prince:
“The Prince of Wales greatly appreciates the touching message of farewell telegraphed hy you on liehalf of the Maori people of Aolearoa. His Royal Highness will never forget their loyal welcome, and will always have their interests at heart. He hopes for the day when he may visit Aotcaron again. Kin Ora.”
