BUSINESS AMALGAMATION.
As from June Ist, the motor business conducted by Messrs Pearson and Head under the name of, the Foxton Motor and Engineering Coy., and the general engineering and black-smithing business lately- eondueted by Messrs Ross and Signal, will he amalgamated, and the two businesses will in future be conducted under the mime of the Foxton Molar and Engineering Co., Limited. Mr S, 11. Signal’s interest in the business of Ross and Signal has been purchased by the Foxton Motor and Engineering Co., and he retires from the business.
The general engineering and, blaeksinitiling departments will be curried on in the same promises, in Main Street, and will still be under the supervision of Mr John Ross, who is well and favourably known throughout the district. Messrs Pearson and Head will continue to supervise the motor depaitmein, which will be conducted in the firm’s Clyde Street premises, as in the post. Mr F. Rimmcr is joining the amalgamated business as secretary.
