The High Commissioner’s eahie, dated 3rd inst., reads: — The Manila market is quiet and steady, d grade,, January-March shipment, is quoted at £7O. sellers; March-Hay shipment sold at £OO 10s; Fehruary-April to May-July shipments now quoted at £O9 10s. The New Zealand market is inactive, and unchanged at last quotations.
