THE MISSING KAHU.
Whukatane, April 7. There was no news of the missing scow Kahn at noon to-day. The Customs officials are making active enquiries. Captain Berridge, a brother-in-law of the Kahn’s engineer, Mr Samson, left Whakatane to-day for Tauranga and Auckland to secure a suitable vessel in order to make a search.
