Frank Keenan, the star of “Todd ol: (he Times’’ which will be screened at the Boyal io-uight,has created more characlers on the stage and screen and stage than any other , living' artist, and so fairly earns the distinction of being America’s foremost character actor. Todd is a delightful creation, drawn with delicate art: and human sympathy, with an appreciation of hunnnjf possibiU ilies which makes for continual merriment.
