RIFLE SHOOTING.

Last Saturday there was a .practice shoot at 200 and 300 yards. Only four members were present. The weather, was fine, with a gusty rear wind. The scores tire as follows : —2OO yards, A. Barnard 30, W. Symons 31; €. Barnard 32, H. Frankland 31. The .scores at 300 yards are not available.

A Committee meeting will be held this week. If is hoped to arrange a match with Linton, Levin orHaulere for next Saturday, or the following Saturday. Class tiring will be postponed until the latter part of next mouth.
