The sentences are to be concurrent with the present sentences he is serving. .Accused also pleaded guilty to obtaining £SO by falsely representing himself to be secretary of the liaetihi Repatriation Board, and obtaining credit for £8 for a motor ride from' Eeilding to Taihape by means of a valueless cheque. On these charges he was committed to the Supreme Court at Auckland for sentence. On a charge of stealing £SO at Waverley he was remanded to appear at Wanganui,
