Stratford, March -(>. The Town Hall was packed last night when Air Robert AlaMers addressed the electors, receiving an enthusiastic reception. A resolution was carried: ‘‘That this nice!mg of Stratford electors express their regret that Air Robert Masters was unseated by a mere technicality of the electoral law; further, that we consider lie won the seat fairly and honestly, and (hat we pledge ourselves to con linn the result of the last poll and return Air Masters to represent us in Parliament.”
