WEDDING.

A quiet lint pretty wedding was solemnised yesterday at Hie Methodist Church by (he Rev. A. Harding, the contra (ding parties being Frank Henry Mills, third son of Hie lute Mr G.V-Mjlls and Mrs Pope, of Cheltenham, and Ellie Muriel, third daughter of Mr and Airs G. W. Scadden, of Foxtou. The bride, who was given away by her father, wove a gray cloth costume and grey erepc-do-ehenc hat lined with pale pink, and carried a bouquet of white dahlias and pale pink belhuloim fillies. She was attended by tier sister, Aliss Rita Scadden, as bridesmaid, who wore a saxe blue silk dress relieved with pale pink ninon, and a black velvet fiat, and carried a bouquet of pale pink asters. The bridegroom 'was attended by his brother, Mr James Alills, as groomsman. The bridegroom’s gift to the bride was a set of turs, and to the bridesmaid a gold brooch set with amethyst; Hie bride’s gilt, to the bridegroom was a gold-mounted watch-guard. The church was prettily decorated by the choir, of which the bride was a member, and the wedding march was played by Aliss Evans, After Hie’ceremony the relatives of the bride and bridegroom, and a few friends, were entertained at the residence,of Hie bride’s parents. The presents, which included several cheques, were numerous. The-happy couple left by motor for AVanganui, whore the honeymoon is to be spent.
