HIGH COMMISSIONER’S - REPORT. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 21st insl., reads: — The, Manila 'market is quiet, and prices unchanged. J grade. Oclo-ber-Decemher shipments, sold al £80; Jannary-March, and FebruaryApril shipment quoted at £79, sellers. The New Zealand market is quiet but firm. Business is dull owing to absence of oilers. Highpoints spot sold at £65. Present quotations for January-March shipments are, high-points £62, fair £59, sellers.
