FATAL FALL FROM A WINDOW.
Alaslerlon, Yesterday. A somewhat sensational oecurlyaee was reported Irma (ireytowm his| night, involving the death of a man named Thomas Maxwell M !n----lush, who is well known in Master--ion. It appears that ATlntosh went to tiie township at 7 o’clock, on Tuesday evening, and engaged a rom » at the Club Hotel. He retired to bed. apparently in good health and spirits. At 1.30 o’clock yesterday morning the inmates of the hotel were alarmed by cries for help, and, M'intosh was found on the pavement in front of the building in greati pain,-suffering from injuries apparently sustained from a fall from some height. It is surmised that the unfurl mile mini fell from his bedroom window while in a state o'i s.omiiambiili'-m. Tie was immediate-. Jv conveyed to Oreytown Hospital, where all was done that was possible to relieve him, but he passed away during the day.
