When nominating, the NAME, and ADDRESS of the Trainer MUST be given; also the NAME or ASSUMED NAME of-the Owner, with his ADDRESS. No horse’ will be weighed out for any race whose Entry Fees are unpaid. PENALTIES. FLAT RACES. —The winner of any flat race after the declaration of' weights to carry a penalty of 101 b., and of any additional race a further penally of 71b. (excepting that the winner of any Hack Race shall carry a penalty of 71b.; and of any additional Hack Race a further penalty of 5.1 b, in any Open Race). Horses handicapped at Bst. 101 b. or over to carry half of the above penalties.
