Horses handicapped at Bst. 101 b. ov over to carry half of the above penalties. The winner of any Hurdle Race after the declaration l of weights to carry a penalty of 101 b. in the Hurdle Race, and of any additional Hurdle Race a further penalty of 71b., or, if the Handicapper deems it lit, he may increase the penalties.
