The world Ims just emerged from (lie grea lest Avar that Ims yet happened on this lerrestial sphere, and although peace has been declared, the wounds received by the nalions in the great tragedy are still sore, and rumblings of unrest arc manifest. Great changes are taking (dace in the industrial world, and as a result of the upheaval the conditions of (he masses will be levelled up. If the nations determine to follow the (Star, a brief glimpse of which appears at this season of the year, all things will be well in the future. Every one will enjoy a rest in this fair dominion from the recent political turmoil, and we take this opportunity to wish our readers a Happy Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.
