CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS. On Wednesday evening (Christmas Eve), all mails close at 8 p.m. On Thursday (Christmas Day), Sunday hours: Telegraph. 5 to 5.30 p.m.; all mails close at 8 p.m. On Boxing Day the telegraph office opens from 9 .to 10 a.ra., and 7 to 8 p.m.; mails close at 8 p.m. The letter-carriers will make one complete delivery, commencing at 7.30 a.m. On New Year’s Eve all mails close at § p.m. On New Year’s Day the telegraph office will he open from 9 to 10 a.m., and 7 to 8 p.m. The telephone exchange will be closed on the above clays (Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day).
