The High Commissioner cables as follows: —
Hemp: Advisable to liquidate. J grade, Octoher-Dccemher shipment, to January-March shipment, quoted £49 10s sellers, £49 10s buyers. Oc-(ober-Deeemher shipment sold yesterday £49. The N.Z. market is inactive, and is easier. High-point in docks quoted at £49 10s sellers; Octoher-Deecmber shipment £4B. Fair, on spot, quoted £45 sellers; October-Decemher shipment, £4O.
