FALLEN SOLDIERS’ MEMORIAL.
Last week's total subscriptions to the fund .for the erection of a suitable memorial to the brave lociil and district kuls who made the supreme sacrifice totalled £OO. -Mr J. H. Pobinson, with a. handsome donation y of £lO, followed by Mr A. <, ; , Hawke with one guinea, starts Ibis week's list. We hope that last week's total will be eclipsed this week. Don't have to be called upon for a donation. Heud it along 1 to the Mayor or'Mr Hornblow. £SOO is required, and any .surplus will be used for beautifying the Easton Memorial Park-, Please remember Foxion and district owes a iriblito to its fallen heroes.
