THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: — Indications are for westerly winds, strong to gale, and bucking by west to south. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Rain probable. Barometer unsteady, but rising soon. Tides moderate, seas considerable.
