IN DIVORCE.
At the Palmerston Supreme Court yesterday, before His Honour Mr Justice Chapman, further evidence was heard in the petition made by Emily Anne Baker (Mr H. K. Cooper) for a dissolution of her marriage with Arthur Baker, on the ground of adultery. A decree nisi was made, which may he made absolute after three months, costs on the lowest scale being allowed against respondent. William John Sampson was the petitioner tor dissolution of marriage with Mabel ■Rita Sampson, the co-respondent being Claude Thain Plyger. A decree nisi was granted, which may be made absolute in three months. Costs on the lowest scale were allowed against the co-re-spondent. The question of the custody of the child of the marriage was reserved. Florence Elizabeth Blancbett petitioned for a dissolution of her marriage with Thomas Rlanchett on the grounds of habitual drunkenness, cruelly, and desertion, there being no appearance of respondent. His Honour made a decree nisi, which may be made absolute in three months, costs being allowed against respondent on the lowest scale.
