FOXTON’S PEACE MEMORIAL.

Tip* public of Foxton is reminded of the meeting convened by the Mayor to he held' in the Council Chamber on Tuesday evening next, to discuss a Soldiers’ and Peace Memorial for Foxton. It is hoped that there will be a representative gathering and that a strong com-_ mil lee will be formed to carry out whatever proposal is approved. We feel-sure the public-will liberally support life memorial movement, which will be of a permanent character,- and will evince their interest by attending the meeting.
