The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-dav . The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but moderate to strong westerly winds prevailing, with a southerly tendency. There is a prospect of fair-to cloudy weather. Barometer little movement. Tides moderate, seas moderate.
