BOROUGH FINANCES.
The Borough -Treasurer reported at last night’s Conned uieeljng .as follows: — The sum of £O7O Is 7d was received during the month of September, and was placed to the credit of accounts as under: —District fund account £OO4 14s Id, cemetery account £5.7s Od. The balances of the various accounts at the Bank of: New Zealand at the 30th day of September, 1010, were as follows: District fund account £460 11s lid, cemetery account cr. £4B 17s 2d, and the lodg'd' balances at the same date wore as follows:—Library £3 Is lOd, cemetery £4B 17s 2d, hospital and'charitable aid £l6 Is lOd, reserves £277 17s lid, sanitation £l4l 4s Id, town hall £120,16s 6d, all in credit, a total of £607 10s 4d. The accounts at debit were; Imprest cash £lO, gas works % £384 15s 7d, general £436 14s 7d, and interest £197 3s lid, total £1,028 14s ld.‘ SUMMARY. A/cs in Cred. 607 19 4 Bank Bal. D.F.
