ODDFELLOWS LODGE.

A social evening was held by the members and friends of the local Oddfellows’ Lodge, last Tuesday evening to extend a welcome to two returned soldier brethren-, Bros. W. C, ,1. Nye and 0. Jacobsen. Bro. A. G. Huntley, G.M., presided, and extended a “welcome home” to the brethren on behalf of the Lodge. A pleasant time was spent by all. During the evening the following programme was submitted:- —Overture, Misses E. M. Patterson and J. Claris; song, Mrs L. Bullard; song, Bro. A. IV, Bangs; song, Mrs Patterson; pianoforte solo, Miss Evans; song. Bro. Geo. King; competition; pianoforte solo, Miss HonoreJ song, Miss Evans; song, Mrs L. Bullard; vocal duet, Mrs and Miss E, M. Patterson; National Anthem. Refreshments were dispensed during the evening.
