OTAKI LICENSING BENCH.

The adjourned meeting of the Otaki Licensing Bench was held at Otaki yesterday. Present; Messrs J. Logan Stout, S.M. (chairman), Messrs W. Tompsitt, Ben Ling, and J. M. O’Connor.

Frederick W r . Gardes (Family Hotel, Boston) applied for the renewal of a publican’s license. The previous application was adjourned till improvements were effected. It was reported that matters had been attended to. —Granted. L. R. Freeman (Whyte’s Hotel, Boston) applied for. a renewal of a publican’s license, application being previously adjourned to ascertain the position of the building contract. —Granted, everything being in order.
