At the Supreme Court, eft or e hearing in camera since last Thursday, the jury to-nighl returned a verdiet of £I,OOO damages against J. J. Faulkner, co-respondent in the divorce action F. A, Price v. E. V. Price, and found that the respondent and co-respondent, had committed adultery. They also found that the petitioner had committed adultery witlqsomo woman unknown. Mr A. Gray, K.C., appeared for the petitioner, and Mr C. P, SkerfVtt, K.C., for the respondent. Mr Gray formally applied for a decree nisi. The costs will be decided later.
