AUSTRALIAN CAPITALISTS’ PROPOSALS. Christchurch, Aug. 15, The Press states that it is understood that negotiations connected with the development of the Parapara iron ores and ironsands of Taranaki have recently reached a more or, less definite stage, consequent upon Australian capitalists or their ' representatives haying shown some practical and direct interest in the matter. It is understood that a represenative of some Australian - capitalists has indicated that his principals are willing to consider proposals for taking over thmwhole of the encessions in respec(QMßs impure para and Taranaki iron ore and deposits.
