FOXTON RACING CLUB.
OFFICERS NOMINATED, The following nominations have been received for the various officers in connection with the Foxton Racing Club : President, Mr J. R. Whyte; vice-presidents, Messrs W. E. Barber, F. S. Easton, 0. and C. E. Robinson; treasurer, Mr F. S. Easton; auditor, Mr F. Symes; stewards and committee, Messrs Dr. Mandl, 0. C. and H. Coley, L. R. Freeman, R. Bryant, H. S. Thynne, H. 0. Hammond, J. V. Burr, and W. T. Jewell. As the nominations do not exceed the vacancies, an election is not necessary. The officials are the same as last year with the exception that Mr W. T. Jewell replaces Mr A, D. Scott on the committee.
