LOCAL BILL, r pifE , Manawalu Counly Council hereby gives notice that the said Council proposes Reintroduce in the General Assembly at its next Session a Local Bill enliluled ‘‘The Manawatu County Loan and Empowering Amendment Bill." The objects intended to be effected by (he said Bill are: —(1) To increase the amount of; the Special Loan authorised to bo raised by the Manawalu County Loan and Empowering Act, 1017 (Local), for the purposes of the Tramway from ITimatangi to Fukenui, and for stone crushing and road-making plant, and other purposes in such Act mentioned, from £IB,OOO to £30,000. (2) To enable the sum of £2,902 and £lO3, expended out of General Account for (he purposes of the said Tramway, and of the said roadmaking plant respectively, to be refunded to the General Account out of the said loan money.
