THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist dies as follows at noon to-day: — The indications are for .southeasterly winds, moderate to strong prevailing, while the weather will probably be cold 'and changeable, and the night very cold, with frosts inland. The barometer has a rising tendency. Seas moderate, tides poor.
