Taihape, Yesterday. The Koeke Hall, used as a school, v.-as eomi'.'.Hdy destroyed by fire yesterday-.- The lire started in the back of (lie building while the children wore present, and had got beyond the con!r.d (,f ,de sviiooimistress before it was noticed. The children and teacher saved the piano by hard work. Every!king else was totally destroyed. There was no insurance.
