A PROGRESSIVE FIRM.
The new furniture and furnishing stores, Moutoa Buildings, opened to-day by Messrs Barr and Tver, supplies a long-felt want in this district, and the firm is to be congratulated upon their enterprise. Our representative paid a visit of inspection, and' was shown a very fine display of artistic furniture in oak and rimu, also some very pretty designs in rattan chairs, etc. In addition to these, the slock includes a choice selection of art coverings in all (he latest designs. A cordial invitation is extended to all to call and make an inspection of this very fine display.
