MONEY SMUGGLED BY AIR. A Vienna message says that groatquantities of Hungarian money and valuables have been smuggled byaeroplanes to Switzerland and the Balkans. PREMIER’S NEW WELSH ORDER. Mr Lloyd George, it is said, has conceived the idea of recommending to the King the desirability of instituting a new Order, associated with the name of St. David, the patron saint of Wales. The decoration would be. reserved exclusively for Welshmen who have rendered conspicuous service to Wales. THE KAISER’S KEEPER. The first application for the post of custodian of the ex-Kaiser, should he be exiled, has been made by a newspaper man in Egypt. He claims (he right: to the job by virtue of his prediction in his paper 21 years ago that William was mad and a. danger, to humanity. For this statement lie was summoned before the tribunals and condemned to seven days’ imprisonment. He now demands that the Egyptian Government publish his vindication and make compensation to him.
